Vietnam grows more robusta than anywhere on earth and drinks it strong, sweet and often cold. These 15 sessions cover egg coffee, the phin filter, coconut coffee and the roasteries that will explain the difference over about two hours.
Learn Vietnamese coffee by making several styles in Hoi An, using a Phin filter, tasting as you go, and taking home recipes.
